Zuhair Siddiqui is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Sapphire Consulting group of companies, supervising multinational operations spanning Pakistan, the USA, and Qatar. Bringing more than 25 years of international Information Technology expertise, Zuhair has successfully scaled Sapphire into an industry-leading consultancy. Under his strategic guidance, the group provides high-tier enterprise architecture, software development, and digital transformation services. The firm's client portfolio encompasses a broad spectrum of industries including Banking, Insurance, Taxation, Transportation, Ports and Shipping, Manufacturing, Energy, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Social Protection. Sapphire also operates an Enterprise Incubation Center designed to support the growth of early-stage startups.
Zuhair began his technology career in Silicon Valley at Informix USA (subsequently acquired by IBM), taking on key responsibilities across Product Development, Consulting, and Business Development. He later assumed the role of Director at Scient USA, a dominant enterprise web integrator during the dotcom era.
Complementing his corporate leadership, Zuhair is deeply involved in public governance, tech investments, and academic development. He has served on the Board of JS Value Fund and Fakhar-e-Imdad Foundation. Currently he is a member of the Senate for The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development.
Zuhair Siddiqui holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and Bachelors in Computer Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
